The Mega Ultimate is a new shoe that can be modified for tenotomy or derotation applications.

1 pair - NANRIC Bubble Cleats (Rocker)

1 pair - NANRIC cleats 3.5 degrees

1 pair - 7 degree NANRIC wedges

1 Pair - Each NANRIC Clip Insert (Sizes 1, 2, 3, 4)

1 pair - Each NANRIC Fork insert (sizes 1, 2, 3)

1 pair - 1/8" NANRIC felt inserts

16 Screws - 1 1/4"

6 #8 Pan Head Screws

If you choose to perform a tenotomy prior to derotation, additional accessories that can be purchased include:

1 Pair - NANRIC Heel Extensions

1 Pair - NANRIC Derotation Wraps
